casioman80
hello when we load wav file in ztn direction 'tone' the sound is slowed down in the low and accelerate in the treble, there is no other function for a better rendering like the korg microsampler namely a sound that is well stretch without too much deformation? other question what is the function in the casio and the software in the edition tone pitch stretch piano 1 piano 2 piano 3 etc ... the ztn would be just a simple wav drive in conclusion? thank you
Brad Saucier
MZX series simply plays samples at various rates in order to adjust for pitch. It does not slice or stretch samples. You'll want to use more samples for a tone in order to reduce the noticable rate changes.
casioman80
ok is in drums mode you can load wav in real "drum kits" mapped in different places among the 61 keys? or just one drum sound? thank you
Brad Saucier
Each key can be a different drum sample.
casioman80
by following the procedures with casio sample manager I do not manage to have in ztn 1 octave of the sample yet I decrease on each side example c4 to c5 with the mouse on the software, in the casio its reads the totality of the 61 keys.
