DJ Dischord
I have a ctk6000 for some reason it will not play sound from speakers onboarding or put any sound out of any of the Jack's. I love this workstation and would love to use it please help. Also everything in the function and set up has been rest to default. It shows it should be making sound on the display but nothing. Jokeyman123
No sound from rhythms, presets and tones? Is it totally silent, or just from playing keys? If "local control" is off, the keys won't play.
shiihs
Did you turn up the volume button? Also check that you didn't plug something into the headphone jack by accident? (Yes, I know these suggestions are kind of "basic" but perhaps it's best to exclude the obvious first.)
Jokeyman123
DJ Dis...did you ever have any luck with this? aside from taking it apart and checking for anything disconnected (it happens-even a partially disconnected cable inside could disable the entire keyboard) there is no logical reason this should happen. Unless of course it is defective-the output ICs could have failed, or other components that power the audio signals-even though all the other functions work. could be a bad headphone jack-a short there could cause the outputs to stop working. I am just guessing here.
