Tsquare
My Spotify account randomly suggested I would like this great song from 1965 and I do, having never heard it before. Seems Spotify algorithms know what I like more than me = scary. Made a drum beat that sounds like "tick-tock" of a clock. The original singer does a cool yodel during the interludes which I substituted the custom hex sound "Just What I Needed" by Mike Martin. If you have time, look up the original version on YouTube for a way ahead of its time video by The Vogues. 5-Oclock World.mp3
m10538
Another great tune in my phones shuffle rotation. Here's a cool YT vid: Only thing missing in your version, Tsquare, is better percussion. I love the sloppy Keith Moon type fills in this.
Jokeyman123
Nicely thought out and played TSquare. Great tune, so hard to cover these tunes where the vocals were so prominent. A good song has staying power , doesn't it? And this one does. Thanks.
Skoot
I'd forgotten this gem. Thanks, Tsquare. I'll be adding this to my recently-compiled "60s Favourites" Spotify playlist.
