Graham E
Hello - as per the title really and exactly the same fault as the video someone posted on here a while back: https://youtu.be/t3iZsqKSyRQ Does anyone know if it is possible to recalibrate the touchscreen in software or has anyone else had this problem and found a fix? It's still in warranty but since this fault seems to be fairly common I'm wondering whether to just reject it under the sale of goods act. It's 18 months old but has had very little use. Jokeyman123
There are a few posts around here-I think the touchscreen calibration program/routine has been uploaded here. If not, I have it saved on another computer. You do this at your own risk. I have not had any trouble with mine, but I ran the calibration anyway to see how it worked. Caused no problems. Jokeyman123
I don't know if I am allowed to post this here. It is a pdf. If you want me to upload it to you, send me a PM here. I think I can send it as an attachment that way..Administrators, is that OK? Graham, you will have to do this at your own risk.
