iamckay Posted January 14, 2020 Share Posted January 14, 2020 After not using it for a few weeks, my Privia PX-350M has gone silent...both speakers and headhones. It powers up fine and the LCD responds to all the buttons. I've checked the two suggestions mentioned in a similar report 1) volume control broken (it is fine..a multimeter indicates 0 to 4v range) or 2) dirt in the Phono socket (I tried cleaning the socket using the method suggested..then tested it again with the headphones). I would hate to throw the Privia away...it has been a fine instrument for the price with an action I particularly like. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
