Ceuno
My CT-X700 Tones from 001 to 015 are damaged. Rhythms and Songs that use these tones also produce abnormal tones. Can anybody help me to solve this problem I am facing, please?
Brad Saucier
Can you post an audio clip? I'm not sure what you mean when you say they are damaged.
Joe Muscara
I would like to hear that as well. Once you do, you could try a factory reset if we determine it's not something else, but that would erase any settings and things you have saved on it. Brad Saucier
I guess I'll update this in case we don't hear from the OP again. This is the rest of the story.....

Julius
I bought my son CTX700 dec 2019, it was working fine until this month. Same case some keys are not working properly when using tones from 001-015. No history of falling or getting wet etc. just one day it decided to break BC6060D3-0B29-4D1A-BD10-7035753FB4D5.MOV

guyisra
seeing this thread, I have a similar issue. Here is a video of the behavior. Tapping hard on the keys makes normal sounds. preset of electric piano sounds ok. The video is on stage piano (001). factory reset didnt help https://drive.google.com/file/d/1G4iyfJThXEGN2cskpIuK64J_yx5LCtzO/view?usp=sharing
Brad Saucier
Unfortunately that particular sound glitch issue is not repairable with help from this forum. It is a significant hardware fault. If it is a recent new purchase, you may want to contact the seller for refund or replacement . If it is under warranty, contact Casio service in your country for repairs or replacement.
