Me too, some of the instrument is corrupted, like when i press C, it release a C Noise but fuzzy. and when i press G, it pressed note G but it played another note. And when i do a factory reset it still wont fixes, plss help me.

Return the keyboard to the seller, or have it repaired under warranty, if it is still within warranty coverage.

I bought my son CTX700 dec 2019, it was working fine until this month. Same case some keys are not working properly when using tones from 001-015. No history of falling or getting wet etc. just one day it decided to break

You should send the unit in to a Casio service center.

Unfortunately that particular sound glitch issue is not repairable with help from this forum.  It is a significant hardware fault.  If it is a recent new purchase, you may want to contact the seller for refund or replacement .  If it is under warranty, contact Casio service in your country for repairs or replacement.
