CDP230 has midi clock out, but no software editor

I have not tested this out yet, but according to the midi implementation chart-apparently my CDP230 sends midi clock out-through the accompaniment function. If this is so, it is definitely a plus, and one of the few Privias that has this, to my knowledge although I will nee do take a second look at some of the other Privias which I did not think had midi clock in or out. My wish list-if only these CDPs had the same software front-end as my old PX575-which allows for tone editing, sample editing as well as a drawbar function and many other very nice controller features. Theses newer CDPs have the midi capabilities apparently-can receive just about any CC message commonly used. I wish I had better programming chops, i'd design this myself. Would give these budget CDPs real nice upscale capabilities.  Anybody know if Midi designer will work with these?
