Px110 not connecting to Windows 10

Recommended Posts

Hello ,

I have an old CASIO px110 which has MIDI capability. I am trying to connect it to my computer running windows 10 and dont seem to be able to see it. I am using a cable which has the MIDI on the one side and a USB on the other. The cable is recognized by my computer in the device manager under sounds etc as " USB-2.0- MIDI" . But the keyboard is not coming through. I have checked with MIDI-OX and there is nothing coming through.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Thank you so much

How do I get my Casio Privia PX110 into MIDI mode? I have connected the MIDI cables (in-out and out-in) and the USB to my computer. What do I do next because I cannot seem to get it to transfer over. I tried pressing Function and F# on the far right hand of the keyboard and nothing works. Do I press play after? Or another key somewhere??? HELP!
