XW-Addict
I've been pondering about this for a moment but the PX5S has sliders and knobs and a hexlayer menu system. On the XW-G1 which is the only keyboard from both G1 and P1 that can use its control surface to program solosynth. It could have been for the PX5S as well for the hexlayer its a bit of epiphany when you're scrolling through them , Its quiet effective on the G1, hey why not page through each menu like Pitch, Filter, Amp and use the sliders to adjust value's for decay 1 , 2 , 3 and Release 1 , 2 and what not. Choppin
Perhaps that's why theere is the data editor for the PX-5s
Brad Saucier
You can use knob 2 to adjust any parameter that is highlighted on the screen. That's not exactly what you're looking for, but it's something. And you can assign sliders and knobs to all of the typical MIDI CC messages. It ends up being similar to the G1 in the live control aspect.
Sol
I would like to learn more about the real possibilities MIDI CC messages from XW-G1 with its Knobs and Sliders controlling 2 or more external Hardwares through a MidiSolutions hub, for example. I'm interested in using G1 to control the sound mixing of Synth Racks Slaves.
