Steve Schulte Posted September 21, 2020 Share Posted September 21, 2020 Just unpacked my Px5s and it is wonderful...but the Concert Grande setting developes a 'tremelo' distortion/tone independently for some reason. I let it set, turned on, for an hour and it played normally. I shut it down and do the factory 'initialisation' by turning it off and then back on while dpressing the #4 button the one next to it but that does not help. It seems to come and go at will. I am not familiar with the fancy stuff on this keyboard and have only played the Concert Grande and Air Piano setting. The knobs are all at midpoint and the first slider is uphalfway and the second on up 1/4. All other setting are left alone and I have not altered anything. This is the second keyboard with this problem. Sent the first one back and was diapappointed when this on started on the same trajectory. Should I just get a different keyboard-could there be a glitch in the software--as both instruments had the same deal. Brad Saucier Posted September 21, 2020 Share Posted September 21, 2020 Hi Steve, welcome to the forums. You'll want to check your modulation wheel over on the left.
