Alan Anibal
Hi Everyone! I plugged my CDP-s100 on my brand new HP - Spectre laptop (Windows home 10), the Computer recognized the midi device and installed the driver right away. However when I run Cubase the Software does not recognize the Keyboard at all. Any suggestions about how to solve? Should I install any driver? Brad Saucier
The driver was already installed automatically. You'll need to select Casio USB MIDI as your input device in Cubase. This is really a how-to Cubase question.
BigFoot69
Be careful, the keyboard must be UP AND CONNECTED before launching Cubase ! then you can choose it on your intrument track or midi track ...
Alan Anibal
Thank you so much for the reply guys! Unfortunately my Drive does not show at all in Cubase. I tried uninstalling the drive and installing the latest one downloaded from Casio's website it didn't work. I also tried turning my local controls off, it didn't work.....By the way, I tested my device in a different computer (Mac) and was working fine. I will also try the Cubase forum, thank you so much! Brad Saucier
Do not install the drivers from Casio's website for any Casio keyboards built in the past 10 years. Those are for much older models. All current models will automatically install the correct driver without any assistance.

Alan Anibal
This seems to be a Windows 10 issue: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-hardware-winpc/windows-10-midi-keyboard-not-working/166fddf7-aa86-493f-ac9a-3c5dae421bcc?page=

Tengo el mismo problema no se si es que no se puede usar como controlador y solo sirve el USB para sus aplicaciones o que será.Lo conseguiste solucionar.
