seevee
Help me out. I'd like to download a bunch of music that I've recorded... some from albums I own, some from the internet, others from friends..... to play on my Casio Privia PX850. It says that a WAV file will work, which I can easily convert to. But it doesn't. Can someone give me a very basic "how to do this" instruction. Brad Saucier
The PX-850 has an audio recorder, and part of this recorder is the ability to playback what it records. The ability to play WAV files from other sources is there, but only when specific conditions are satisfied. It is often easier to use external audio players for audio files, such as a computer, smartphone or MP3 player. The conditions needed for the PX-850 to play audio files are detailed in the users manual under "storing wav files to USB flash drive". Have you double checked the files meet those conditions? In addition to what the manual says, files must be 16 bit at 44.1 kHz
