Prizm
I was watching some of the demos of the XW-P1 and all the main synth sounds seem to have a portamento/pitch sliding effect when you go from one key to another. How easy is it to turn this effect off, and would I have to turn it off every time I power on the keyboard? I have a CDP-230R and I hate that keyboard 😅 The settings reset every time I power it on, and the settings are so tedious to go through every time. Brad Saucier
On the CDP-230, have you tried saving your settings to a registration memory? On the XW, you can edit a tone, change the settings and save it as a user tone.
Chas
Portamento/ pitch sliding sounds is probably "glide". As Brad said above, every parameter in the XW, including glide, can be modified and then saved as a user preset.
