Record Song Which is Already Recorded

Recommended Posts

I would like to record a song that I can not play at the moment, which is already recorded on the piano from the very beginning. Because I like how it sounds on my piano and I want to listen to it on my phone too. I have a midi cable to provide a connection between the piano and my phone. For example, Turkish March is recorded on the piano and I can not record it by my Casio app. Because when I turn on audio record mode the playable song turns off. I would like to learn if there is any way to make it.

Okay, I'm checking the manual.  Turkish March is one of the Music Library songs, correct?  Have you tried using a USB flash drive to record audio?  The manual has a section called "Recording Digital Piano Play as Data Recorded in MIDI Recorder Plays Back (Audio Recorder)".   I'm not sure, but those instructions may work for the Music Library songs as well.  If it doesn't, the best way to record Turkish March as audio will be by connecting the phones/audio output to a computer.

I did everything as the manual says under the title "Recording Digital Piano Play as Data Recorded in MIDI Recorder Plays Back (Audio Recorder)" like you said. Unfortunatelly, it didn't work. Is there any instruction video of it? Thank you for your help.

By the way, here what happened when I tried:

I pressed the midi rec button, it turned on.

I tried to play Turkish March by Casio app or by keyboard buttons and it worked. The problem started afterwards.

When Turkish March was playing I pressed the audio rec button. Turkish March stopped playing and the piano switched mode to the audio record mode.
