Faulty function keys

Hi there,

I don't know if this is a new thing or an old issue, but I'm having nightmare with my ctk-6300 specifically with the rhythm controller section and registration memory. 

The problem I'm facing goes like this:

1)Whenever i press the normal rhythm button instead of playing the beat it redirects me to the memory card screen.

2)variation button start recording song

3)accomp button functions as variation button

4)ending button functions as start/stop

In registration memory:

Niether bank select button is working not i am able to select other registered patterns

Wow, how long have you had this keyboard?  Are you the original owner?

Yes, i am the original owner, bought it 4 years back and facing this issue since last 6 months

Unfortunately it sounds like a physical fault in the circuitry.  It will likely need to be looked at by a technician.

Well, came out of blue was working fine before anyways thank you so much for assistance. Thanks
