Della Posted June 12, 2022 Share Posted June 12, 2022 Hi. Does anyone know how to reset a private px800 to factory settings. I've only got sound through the headphones but not through the speaker. Brad Saucier Posted June 12, 2022 Share Posted June 12, 2022 This model resets each time the power is turned off. You might try blowing out the headphone jack first. The jack is a switch between headphones and speakers. Some dirt may be in there. Also double check the speaker cable connector for the stand speakers on this model. Make sure it's securely installed. Joe Muscara Posted June 13, 2022 Share Posted June 13, 2022 I've seen times where what's happening is the switch in the headphone jack gets physically stuck. If you try what @Brad Sauciersuggests and it doesn't work, try plugging and unplugging headphones a few times to see if you can free up that switch.
