CGP-700 program change to Arturia SQ80V

Any way to send program changes from the CGP panel to a softsynth on an M1 mac (or a midi synth connected to the pc using a DAW? It's sending note on/off and pitch bend. When I put the Arturia on "Learn" to control program changes it wont recognize any of the hardware button presses, jog wheel turns or patch changes from CGP screen. For the life of me I wouldn't expect Casio to not have a way to send program changes to outboard gear, no?

Thanks Brad but no such luck. I have the CGP set to Midi Channel 1, tried on port A, B and C, the SQ80 is set to Midi Channel 1 also. Midi controller is set to Generic and Midi Config to SQ80 Default. Tried creating a user Midi config and can't get anything to latch on to the preset next or previous. When I use the Learn function and touch the CGP screen with GM bank selected on Upper 1 it records CC 94 for both the Previous and Next preset but nothing happens when I switch presets on the CGP screen. I'm getting note on/off, sustain, bend but no preset change.

The only thing it will recognize and assign to the program change is key on, key off so when I put it in Learn and press any note on the keyboard it assigns them as a controller. One key on/key off causes 2 program changes but impedes note playing because the patches cut off as it switches to the next program. Really weird.
