Is there a hack or tweak to force replace standard presets?

I'm really happy with my CT-S1 so far. There are a couple things I'd like to do that aren't in the manual, so I thought I'd ask if I can use an app or send sysex messages to accomplish this:

I want to replace a few presets I will never use (harpsichord, pipe organ, that dx7 sounding ep). I'd like to substitute some alternatives for those.

I'd also like to replace the metronome with one of the VL rhythms, but that might be wishful thinking.

Finally, i'd like to save some sustain and reverb settings to my standard presets (not tone memory). are any of these mods possible?

Tone variations other than "tone memory" are strictly preset and cannot be changed.  Use tone memory for personalized settings.  The settings listed below can be stored with tone memory.  Up to 7 setups can be stored, 1 for each of the main tone buttons.

Metronome sounds are fixed and cannot be changed.

• Sustain
• Tone (main, layer)
• Layered
• Part octave shift (main, layer)
• Sustain time (main part, layer part)
• Part volume (main, layer)
• Pedal effect part (main, layer)
• Reverb type
