Wayne Hare Posted July 6, 2023 Share Posted July 6, 2023 I bought my PX-5S when it first came out and used it in a home studio. About a year ago, it wouldn't boot up properly and load the sounds. I've tried reloading the BIOS several times to the factory settings, but it just makes a weird synth sound instead of the default piano. Is there any market for people who need one for parts? I suspect that if someone had a good motherboard to swap - it would still be a good keyboard and everything else on it works. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Solution Brad Saucier Posted July 6, 2023 Solution Share Posted July 6, 2023 Turn down your modulation wheel. It's not in the off position. All the way down is off.
