I tried to connect it through the USB port, and since then, no sound is coming out, either from the speakers, or the headphones if they are plugged in. I tried to reset to factory settings (holding function, midi rec and e. Piano 1 and turn on) but it doesn't change anything. Absolutely no sound (volume button is on max, min or middle range doesn't change anything) Do you have any clue what could be going on? Thanks! Brad Saucier Posted September 4, 2023 Share Posted September 4, 2023 You can try switching Local Control ON, just in case that was accidentally turned OFF, although a factory reset (performed correctly) should have done that for you already.
