tonny_k
Hello! The instrument froze during performance. After resetting the power and turning it on, the download stops and does not reach the end, all buttons are inactive. You can turn it off only by unplugging the power supply from the outlet. The piano can no longer boot. What could be the reason?
Brad Saucier
Unfortunately you'll need to contact your dealer for assistance. If the unit is brand new, it may be eligible for exchange. If the unit is under warranty, it is eligible for service by Casio. The only thing you could try as a user is checking or replacing the power supply, although that may not solve the problem. tonny_k
the warranty has expired. The power supply has been checked and is ok. Suspicions about the built-in CMOS NAND memory. To check this you need a dump from the working tool. Then it will be possible to write it to a new memory.
Brad Saucier
If you purchased the PX-S3100 new, it is still under warranty. The warranty is 3 years. I would contact Casio for assistance.
