Seeking "plain text" version of CT-X700 Appendix

Hello everyone! I'm really enjoying my new CT-X700, except the Appendix (lists of tones, rhythms, etc) - printed in light blue ink on a huge piece of paper - is very hard to read and very inconvenient to work with. Does anyone have this in a more convenient and readable form, or know where it can be found? Many thanks!

PDF version is here.  It is possible to zoom in on any part of that to increase size.  I keep Casio PDF files handy on my phone for helping forum members.  It's easy to search key words and zoom in on specific parts I need to see.

Thanks, Brad! I had already looked at the PDF provided by Casio - but still found it difficult to work with, and pretty much impossible to print. A very helpful Casio support agent was able to capture just the text part into a plain-text file, which I then formatted, and turned into a PDF. The result is now in Downloads > Community Created Files )
