Wildwilly
Purchased from Sweetwater Music approx 1yr ago. WOrked great. Couldn't use it for approx 6 months due to illness, but tried to turn it on recently and it appeared DEAD (Jim). Bought new power brick and cable. Connected it - same issue. No Lights, no activity. This is CRAZY. Anyone have any hints that might help me understand if this is just a dead device or if there are things I can try to resurrect this item? Hope you can help. On a fixed income and can't afford to buy a replacement. Thx FoPoF
Joe Muscara
Sweetwater covers you for two years after purchase. You should give them a call. They’ll see if they can get you going with support, and if not, take care of it for you.
Wildwilly
Bummer! I bought from Musician's (not quite a) Friend - Zero warranty of any kind. Looking for Casio repair site - in SO Calif, to see if it makes financial sense to ship and pay for eval of costs to fix it vs just buying a replacement. TBD. Thx for the reply Joe.
