It's downloading as a ZAL file and not appearing on the keyboard when I try to upload media. How do I fix this?
Place the ZAL file in the MUSICDAT folder on a USB flash drive. Press media>load>all data to install.

Can this be use with the PX-S3100?
I think so. Try it. It won't harm anything.

I'm not sure it's possible to get that sound on a PX-5S. The XW has oscillator sync.

Ive been working with computer audio files for 20 years but really confused about these proprietary Casio extensions like .ZPN and .ZPF__My EDITOR for PX5s apparently only works with .ZPN__Do I need to convert .WAV to .ZPN to transfer to the PX5s with the Data Editor? TYVM James DK
Please post your questions on the PX-5S forum.

Can load on a MZX?
No.

Thanks for sharing! Sounds great!

What I played in my demo was done freestyle, played manually. This stage setting does not strum the right hand part for you like Ukulele does, however you can turn the Ukulele strum pattern on by enabling the arpeggiator in zone 2.
-
Do you have issues with the left or right hand part?
-
I assume you mean a tone that can be used on other channels besides 1 or 2. No, because hex layer is the only way I could layer these sounds as one tone.
-
You will need to make a new drum phrase and arpeggio.
-
Arpeggio patterns and tones are saved within a stage setting. The only thing that is not are phrases.

It is not. You must upload phrase files as well and tell everyone what phrase user slot number your stage setting is programmed to use.
-
I actually sequenced part of this with the MZ-2000 and converted the midi files to PX-5S phrases. Also check out the version I made for the XW-G1. The MZ-X500 is my next stop for this project.

Thanks.

No. I do not own that model.

I didn't include a demo this time. Sorry. It's really best auditioned by loading it and playing it.

Press the system setting button.
-
That cannot be done for this stage setting because the arpeggiators do not play the complete pattern. The performer has to play similar to the way the original organ worked.
-
NOTE: This is for XW-P1. For the XW-G1, look for the same sound under my name.

The complete stage setting is needed to get this piano sound. Way Stein is a custom piano tone I created. It is designed to work in tandem with this stage setting's custom Master EQ settings.
