Mayo Posted February 3, 2019 Share Posted February 3, 2019 I want to: a) Play keyboard with the right hand, b) Play accompaniment with the left hand, and in the same time c) Send ONLY THE DRUMS on CH. 10 MIDI OUT? The idea is to hook up Alesis SR 16 for a betted um sound. I’ve set the MIDI out on Channel 10, but now it sends everything that is played on the keyboard into the DAW? I wanted to play and listen to “everything” but only the drums to go MIDI OUT? Any ideas, is it possible at all to send only the drum part of the accompaniment as MIDI OUT? Brad Saucier Posted February 5, 2019 Share Posted February 5, 2019 I'm not familiar with that Alesis model, but the drum machine will need to filter or ignore incoming data on other channels.
