Casimodo
Hi all, Quick burning question: Is there a way to assign user profiles to the CTX series keyboards? I've just bought a CT-X5000 and my daughter's gone nuts for it! I don't mind her using it of course but don't want any of my settings messed up - so is there a way of assigning user profiles to the device or has Casio made a huge oversight? Brad Saucier
Welcome to the forums! Yes, just hold the store button then press any registration button to store the current state of the keyboard. You can store 128 registrations. Hope that helps. Casimodo
Thanks for the welcome, Brad. That makes sense but how does one load a registration after start up? Do you simply hit a registration button? I thought they were for storing various Tones for quick access? They weren't kidding when reviewers said the manual and menus were confusing! RogerBannister
Yes, you just hit the button. There are 16 banks of 8 - to change the bank you hit the "bank" key.
Brad Saucier
Yes, just hit a registration button to recall it. A registration stores all of your performance related settings.
