Hi I have no output from line outs..tried factory reset to rule out anything silly...on board speakers are working and if I run an audio lead from headphone sockets it is fine..I am unable to get the 560 open fully to check the 1/4 inch jacks.I have all screws removed but cannot seperate the top from the base to access internals. Can anyone help. Thanks Ricky

UPDATE!!!  Have now sorted issue..loose connector on pcb..might put a dab of silicon on them to stop it happening again....didn't read Jokeymans post fully and had not removed screws under small plastic covers..now I have it apart I am going to try to silence the clacky keyboard action... waiting to see if my local piano store will sell me some felt to replace thin blue one on keyboard top(seems to be about 1 or 2 mm thick....surely needs to be thicker to dampen key bounce noise when it hits blue lid).If it works I will put up a post

Ricky-yes-I had discovered (sorry if I'm repeating myself) that the blue felt strip above my keys was not even making contact with the keytops, and keys were clattering due to this, not sure why this was like this. so while Ihad the PX apart, I did add felt along that section-although I think you can do that without taking anything apart-it definitely needs to be thick enough to stop the key-and adjustment is extremely exacting-not enough will make no difference, too much and it will change the key momentum coming back up, which feels noticeably different to me at least. glad I helped..now back to the mothership.....:spacecraft-1:
