KRock Posted September 9, 2020 Share Posted September 9, 2020 Hi - I have a Privia PX-360 which does not boot up past the Casio Privia screen. I've searched this forum and the internet but did not find anyone with this problem. Is there a hard reset for this keyboard? Thank You for any help. Brad Saucier Posted September 10, 2020 Share Posted September 10, 2020 Factory reset is done by holding down both tempo buttons while powering on. KRock Posted September 10, 2020 Author Share Posted September 10, 2020 Thank you for that info. Looks like you are correct and it needs service. I purchased it new from sweetwater in March of 2019. I will email sweetwater today as I do not recall what the warranty was and I do not have any of the paperwork. Thanks again for your responding.
