Trooplewis
Not sure if this has been shared before, I couldn't find it on this forum using the performer's name. Looks like it was a "drizzly" day as well.
Jokeyman123
Is that a Chopin piece, sounds like. Look at those spider fingers-really helpful for playing Chopin, Lizst and even Brahms. tough for us guys with little stumps for fingers. What a great sound-I'm wondering how the sound was recorded from such a remote location, and looks like no other sound system-looks like its coming from the PX. Trooplewis
The song is the main theme from the Japanese anime movie Howl's Moving Castle. It's an awesome waltz, kind of a Carousal song.
Trooplewis
Hey, I just noticed something about the video in the OP. Nick seems to have been successful in turning off ALL of the panel lights while playing, including the blue text square. Also the "equals" sign under the Accomp column appears to be off. Seems I saw another thread about this and there did not seem to be a way to shut the text box off. Thoughts?
Brad Saucier
Keep in mind he is outdoors. The camera likely won't pick up the panel lights under bright daylight and glare.
Trooplewis
Here is a Casio Privia I found in a performance... Honestly, I was just watching the virtuoso piano work of the lady in the back!
Brad Saucier
Looks like a first generation Privia.
Trooplewis
All those electric instruments and not a wire or cord in sight except the basic keyboard pedal. The Privia doesn't even have a power supply connected. Looks like a classical version of the Robert Palmer (RIP) girls...
Casiofun
Yes it is a classic Privia maybe a PX-100.
