John.
Hello. Can someone please help me. I've purchased a Casio PX 870. But I can't seem to get my Samsung tablet to play through the headphones when connected to the piano. The tablet is connected to piano via the usb cable. The headphones are connected to the piano. I can hear the piano ok through the headphones, but can't seem to hear the tablet through the headphones. What am I doing wrong? It's got to be something simple. Or maybe not. John. Brad Saucier
Hi John. The USB connection is for MIDI IN and OUT only. It does not transmit audio between the two devices. Unfortunately the PX-870 does not have audio inputs for listening to audio from external devices through the piano.

Hey John, I had the same issue. I picked up this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08JH5QZ47 There are other mixer/audio interfaces that will also work, but this one has bluetooth and was only $40. Depending on what you want to do, this might work for you too.
