(PX-S3100) How to control organ rotary with a knob??

I have a Casio previa PSX 3100

The organ patch has an Rotary feature you can assign to one of the knobs on the left

Can you tell me how to access and assign the rotary Oregon feature

Welcome to the forums!  You'll need to change the function (knob sets) of the knobs to "DSP Param".   The manual can explain it better than I can.  See the section titled "Using the knobs" on page EN-26 for details.  If you need a PDF version of the manual, I can post that for you.

Just got a 3100. Liked the gp400 in my home so much that i decided to get the 3100 (to practice in my office).  How do i load registrations into the pxs3100?

You'll need a USB flash drive to transfer the file from your computer to the keyboard.  The user manual can describe the details better than I can.  See the section under USB flash drive operations, to load data into digital piano memory.
