  1. My ability to read French is limited. From the Casio Europe site I found this - https://www.casio-europe.com/fr/assistance/reparations/instruments-de-musique/#tab
  2. Vinciane, I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having - and so terribly sorry to hear about your husband. So the answer is simple. Your warranty is about to expire, so you need to contact a Casio warranty service center now and notify them of them issue.
  3. Perhaps we could start adding these styles to the Downloads Section?
  4. If you primary sound is a Hex Layer tone you can adjust the ranges of those layers so they don't produce any sound. That is the best way I can think of.
  5. Are you using the USB port that looks like this on the PX-870?
  6. Only on the auxiliary outputs, not the main outputs. So no.
  7. Version 1.0.0

    210 downloads

Here is a new Wurlitzer Electric piano that I've been working on for a while. It was spotted in our last live webinar so I put some finishing touches on it. Slider 1: Distortion / Level Slider 2: Cabinet Selector Slider 3: Keyoff Level Slider 4-6 effects Knobs 1-4 EQ
  8. Sorry Ben, but it appears that something is seriously wrong with your CT-X700. I’d recommend you contact Casio for service.
  9. If you look closely at the site, there is a sneak peak about what is coming quite soon. Unfortunately I can't give any more specifics at this time
  10. The driver for your CT-X5000 is provided by Microsoft. If you're having an problem there is an issue with either your USB cable or your Windows Installation.
  11. As mentioned a driver is NOT needed. I would suggest you try a different cable. Many mini-USB cables that people have are for charging devices only and do not have the proper wiring for data.
  12. Version 1.0.0

    160 downloads

As demonstrated in the "Analog Explorations" webinar by Mike Martin.
  13. Patrick, Casio's online store just switched platforms. I suspect the coupon code is not valid on the new system. I'm still working on this and I'll get back to you with a private message with details on how to redeem a coupon. Your warranty is extended per the confirmation number you received.
  14. I wasn't aware of such a promotion. You received a 30% discount code from Casio or from a retailer?
  15. Your dealer should contact your local Casio distributor to have the unit replaced.
  16. @john*What is your DAW? What audio interface are you using? No reason the PX-S3000 couldn't function perfectly as both a controller and a sound module. I use it almost every day. The one thing that is confusing for some people is that the PX-S3000 has more than 16 MIDI channels so the USB input coming from your DAW is completely independent of the tone you're viewing on the LCD screen. You'll have to select the tones you want via bank and program changes on your DAW not from the front panel of the PX-S3000. I'll add that the PX-S3000 can't create latency - this is strictly a function of your DAW and your audio interface.
  17. Huge thanks for doing these, we will try to update the Youtube descriptions asap.
  18. I use a microfiber cloth and occasionally "screen cleaner" like you'd use to clean a LCD Television. https://www.monoprice.com/product?p_id=5177&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIq9vBuaPn6wIVBdvACh2O9gdmEAQYASABEgLCEPD_BwE
  19. The CDP-130 is NOT a "General MIDI" Device. General MIDI refers to a standard set of 128 tones. Since the CDP-130 only has 10 tones it can not be a GM compatible device. It still however has MIDI and meets the standards of MIDI devices just perfectly.
  20. Portamento time may not be stored in the registration. I'll confirm.
  21. Many new features including your choice of THEME. At the bottom of the page you can choose the default or DARK MODE.
