TheBradge
I've been working on some styles for Casio CTK keyboards and it's fun to do, already completed 5, but whenever i've renamed them on the computer and import them back in to the Casio they still say "No Data" So, i export them to my computer, rename them there, and then when i put them in to the Casio it says "No Data" Very weird stuff.. Someone who can help me?
Brad Saucier
Why are you renaming them on the computer? Is it to change the displayed title of the rhythm when it's in the keyboard?
TheBradge
Yeah, i would like to have it display the name of the style instead of "No Data" I have no clue about renaming it any other way..

jenny
You can change the name of the style in the synthesizer itself. 1. When you move to the synthesizer - the style is stored User Data. 2. Then select a style --- Press ---> Pattern sequencer - just change the volume by one division. 3. Click Exit - Save the offer. Give him the name you want. Or I did not understand what you are asking? TheBradge
Well, you definitely understood what i was asking, but to be honest.. I have no clue what you are saying
Brad Saucier
You'll need to name the user rhythm on the keyboard before writing the rhythm to memory. You'll see options for where to store the rhythm and naming. I'm not familiar with the exact menu system in the WK series so I have to defer to the manual. It will tell you exactly how to do it. Jokeyman123
Juat a thought-all my Casios only store a name using the "DOS" computer naming rule, which only allows file names to be up to 8 characters (no symbols allowed such as * % or other puncuation marks) and the 3 letter file label.....ckf or whatever the file type is in Casiospeak. If I try to write a name longer than that-it will not save the file. I don't know the WKs all that well so can't be sure if that's the problem, but my PX575 is like this, and it is the same system as the WK3300, 3800 (older Casios but still...)
