Kido
I just bought a casio Px-870 and I have the same problem with no sound from the headphones. The adaptor jack is in all the way and the volume is up. What is the solution?

Jokeyman123
From where? His keyboard, the room, headphones? What keyboard are you talking about? What music source? Are you talking speakers, headphones, your iPad or other computer? Are you in a vacuum chamber, there is no sound there.

He's using noise canceling headphones and he's reporting that they work perfectly!
Brad Saucier
Just so everyone knows.... the OP was posting in two places. https://www.casiomusicforums.com/index.php?/topic/14075-privia-px-860-no-sound-from-headphones-only-speakers/&do=findComment&comment=52218
sslyutov
I looked through the manual. There are plenty of controls for all kind of volumes(concert, library, metronome, left/right part, ...) What I could understand most likely you are using the wrong type of connector (for instance, 4 leads instead of 3) Make sure the headphone connector is plugged all the way in. Do you get sound from the line out? There is an option to turn Local Off but this will turn local sound sources off and it has nothing to do with headphones. Brad Saucier
Okay, I fixed everything. Merged all of the posts into this one thread in the proper forum. It makes some of our replies look strange, but.... oh well. lol
