GregSokil
My 560M is less than 3 years old. I have 2 cracked/broken white keys. A3 and G3. I am not a heavy player. Has anyone had this issue and can these keys be ordered separately?
Tsquare
I've had my PX560 for over 4 years now and I'm generally a heavy player, especially the left hand. I have not experienced any problems with the keyboard mechanically or electronically and I play the instrument daily. Are you sure you have the supplied metal support bar attached to underside of keyboard for the necessary required stiffening below the keybed? I have the Casio furniture stand. Maybe this is the result of an uneven or non-level stand? Edited May 9, 2022 by Tsquare
GregSokil
I don't have support bar. Don't recall one being supplied. I use a scissors X stand. Can you send me picture of what you have, please?
Tsquare
Here are some pics of the 5/8" square steel bar that is screwed into the bottom of the keyboard directly under the keys and runs the whole length of 88 keys.
Tsquare
I no longer have the instructions/paperwork for the Casio wood stand. I don't remember if the steel bar was in the keyboard box or the furniture stand box. In either case, I Do remember saying the steel bar needs to be installed regardless of the type of stand to be used.
GregSokil
Wow. Never saw this in box the it came in. I never bought a stand since I have one because of back issued I play standing. I will check with the retailer. Either way I will need 2 new keys. Thanks for the picture.
